I’m Catherine Miller but my friends call me Cathy.

My philosophy is that good copy is calm copy. Copy that doesn’t shout. Copy that informs and empowers readers, making them more likely to trust your business (and ultimately become clients).

How I work

  • Let’s start with a call to see if my services are a good fit for what you want to achieve. You tell me about your project and I tell you how I can help. You’ll get an email from me soon after with a project proposal and quote.

  • You’ll receive a briefing document from me so I can uncover your story and all the project information I need in order to start writing about you. Don’t worry if you don’t have all the answers as we will also flesh it out in our briefing call.

  • Using the briefing as the basis, I research everything I need to know about your business, your customers and even your competitors. Everything I uncover informs my strategy for writing about you.

  • I’ll email you a first draft by the agreed date and you’ll have an opportunity to provide feedback with two rounds of revisions before I send you the final version.
